COVID-19 Update

We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our parcels. Please refer to their updated information here https://www.royalmail.com/d8/coronavirus-changes-service for the latest delivery services.

An update from Royal Mail:

New delivery process

In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery.  We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.  Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside. 

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
For items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of day. Resource implications of the latest Coronavirus advice means we may not be able to meet the customer promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times.

Returns

 

The Baby Hamper Company are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.

Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail hello@thebabyhampercompany.com Monday through to Friday. Please quote full details of your order and details of the goods you wish to return.

If you have received your goods as a gift, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.
Please return your goods by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the following address:

On receipt of the returned goods, The Baby Hamper Company will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavour to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that delivery charges are not refundable. 
In addition to our returns policy, you do have the legal right to cancel your order, providing the order has not been despatched. You will receive a notification to inform you when your parcel has been despatched. This may also be applied to the delivery of goods made to a third party.
If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of the goods please contact our Customer Service Department by email hello@thebabyhampercompany.com or call us on 01858 455422 between 9am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
